Cari McGee Real Estate Team Named 2026 Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Team Bronze Winner

The Cari McGee Real Estate Team has been named the 2026 Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Team bronze winner, marking the third time in four years the Kennewick-based group has earned that honor. The recognition comes from a community vote, not an industry panel, which makes the repeat win especially meaningful to the team.

Cari McGee, who leads the group, said the award reflects the trust their clients place in them. "We don't take a single vote for granted. Every transaction, every conversation, every showing matters. People remember how you make them feel, and we try to make every client feel like they are our only client," she said.

The team operates out of Kennewick and serves the broader Tri-Cities area, including Richland and Pasco. Their work spans residential listings, buyer representation, and new construction guidance. Over the past year, they have also expanded their focus on first-time homebuyers and relocation clients, a segment that has grown as the region continues to attract new residents.

Team members credit their repeat recognition to a simple approach: clear communication, honest pricing advice, and a willingness to walk clients through every step of a sale or purchase. They also stay active in local community events, which helps keep them connected to the neighborhoods they serve.

The bronze finish places them behind two other local teams in the voting, but McGee says the result is still a win. "Being in the top three out of so many talented agents in this market is humbling. We will keep working hard to earn that trust again next year."
